The annual employee appraisal between manager and employee is the core element of our dialogue culture. The performance of the past year is evaluated, goals and tasks for the coming year are agreed and individual development measures are defined. This discussion creates the basis for both sides to make mutual expectations regarding performance, development opportunities and measures transparent.

You as an employee play a central role in this. Personal commitment and personal responsibility are the success factors in this process. This annual discussion is supplemented by regular feedback meetings during the year to ensure that you remain on the right track towards achieving your goals.

Your start at PROSIS

From the very beginning we ensure that you get the right assistance at PROSIS to feel comfortable and to work successfully. This is happening already before your first day. We support you in your search for accomodation and the move, show you the hotspots of the region and help you to get connected quickly.

The induction process itself begins with an interview with your manager in which you jointly determine which tasks you will take on, which goals you would like to achieve and what support you need to achieve them during the integration phase. The first employee interview concludes this integration phase and defines the goals for the coming year.

A mentor will be at your side during the entire induction phase, who will answer your questions and give you some tips to make your familiarisation easier.
