As a long-standing IHK training company, we have received several awards in recent years for our varied training concept.

PROSIS aims to inspire its trainees for their profession

In addition to arousing curiosity and "wanting to look beyond the end of one's nose", this includes the ability to acquire knowledge independently and above all the support of personal development, the imparting of key competencies and the subject-specific deepening of the learning material.

Many of today's employees have been trained by PROSIS itself and their share is growing: Gradually all of the current 20 trainees will be taken on. Sustainable training plays an important role at PROSIS. A characteristic feature of the successful promotion and retention of junior staff is the targeted hiring and early integration into the later area of employment. Therby we always consider the interests and strengths of our trainees.

More than grades – people and their talents are important to us

It alreday starts with the selection. PROSIS focuses above all on personality when selecting its apprentices. We want to get to know people and their talents and use the entire selection process to focus on the strengths of each individual and thus put together the perfect package for a career start.

Our concept: The basic values of an apprenticeship at PROSIS

Appreciation - The trainees are an important part of our company. That is why we treat them equally, motivate, encourage and challenge them. From day one, our trainees are given their own area of responsibility and smaller projects.

Competencies - Our apprentices are trained to become qualified specialists. In addition to imparting professional competence, this also includes action competence. The promotion of the independence of our trainees is therefore just as much a part of our educational claim as the personal development in the professional and extra-occupational area. Our trainees are the first point of contact for employees in their area of responsibility and learn to take responsibility for their actions.

Cooperation and communication - The monthly feedback meetings between trainers and trainees are the core element of our dialogue culture. In addition to the rendered performance, the progress of training is documented and goals for the next section are jointly determined. Furthermore individual development and promotion measures are agreed.

All trainees are provided with a professional mentor for the entire duration of their apprenticeship. There is also a training commissioner in our human resources department who takes care of her fosterlings not only in the event of difficulties. In addition to tutoring, PROSIS also focuses on comprehensive exam preparation in order to prepare the trainees for their final exams.

Organisation - The comprehensive support and accompaniment of our trainees is important to us. We therefore focus on method diversity and innovation in the acquisition of training contents. In addition to a knowledge database and a library of specialist literature, we also offer workshops and training courses during the apprenticeship. We integrate our trainees into other specialist departments, take them to our trade fair appearances and train them as IHK training scouts. Cross-departmental projects are also part of our teaching understanding.
