Our application process
Your application is in good hands with us! We do not use any automatic mechanisms and check all documents individually. In any case, you will receive a confirmation of receipt via e-mail as soon as possible. We may need additional documents in order to better classify your application and find the most suitable job for you.
Further processing can take up to two weeks. We use this time not only to consult with the specialist departments, but also to examine alternative areas of application that match your profile particularly well.
Our selection process consists of individual interviews. We do not use selection tests or psychological procedures. We would like to get to know you better and, conversely, give you the opportunity to get to know us. We take a lot of time to be able to respond to you individually.
In the first conversation, we want to get an idea in which direction it should go for you in general. What are your strengths and what are you particularly interested in? We will find out in which direction you would like to develop in the future and how we can support you.
Once the framework conditions have been defined, you will get to know the specialist superior and the team.

Digital goes faster | We prefer digital applications for the sake of our environment. Either directly via the online application form on our homepage or via e-mail to email@example.com. If this is not possible for you, we will also accept your application by post.
You can submit your application as a PDF or Zip file with a maximum size of 10 MB.
Ideally, you should send your documents in one PDF document.
No matter which channel you use to apply, you will promptly receive a personal response from our recruiting team.
When you apply online via our homepage, you will also immediately receive an automatic confirmation as soon as your data has been successfully transferred.

In order to ensure a clear assignment of your application, a reference number is deposited for each job advertisement. You will find the reference number under the title of the advertisement. However, we will also consider your application for similar vacancies and examine alternative areas of employment that may also suit you!
Access to your application will first be granted to the personnel officers. Furthermore, the head of the specialist department can view your application documents.
Your personal data is stored in our system and can be viewed by the staff of the personnel department and the heads of the specialist department. A detailed description can be found in our privacy statement.
Of course you can also submit an unsolicited application. Please let us know in more detail which areas you are particularly interested in so that we can examine possible areas of application.
